▫️Tiled Roof stripped back to Joists

▫️Roof Re-boarded using 22mm Sarkin Timber

▫️Fascias and Cladding Replaced using White UPVC

▫️Roof Re-Felted using a 3 layer system:

1st layer - 2mm torch on underlay

2nd layer - 2mm torch on underlay

3rd layer - 4.5mm torch on Black Mineral Felt

▫️New lead Flashing fitted, using 150mm Code 4 Lead

▫️Welted drips fitted around the entire roof

▫️New Guttering and Down Pipe affixed to the Front of Extension in Amphrisite Grey
